Consider bringing earplugs as noise from thin walls can be bothersome, especially at night.

The location is fantastic, very close to Termini station, made travel around Rome super easy. Room cleanliness stood out. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the housekeepers did a great job maintaining that daily. The breakfast was basic but good. I enjoyed some fresh croissants and yogurt to start my day. The staff, especially Sergio at the front desk, were friendly. He even remembered my name and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. I did notice a strong body odor at the entrance and lingering in some corners of my room, quite unpleasant . The noise from the street could be bothersome at times. Keeping the window shut solved the issue, but it would have been nice to have better soundproofing. A solid budget option for Rome, but a few improvements on cleanliness and noise control would make it even better.

Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful small and immaculately clean, it had comfortable and the best location close to the subway. Booked a room with a view. There were a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card, which was great.

A fantastic little and functional hotel in Rome. Soundproof & new-fashioned rooms with air con as well as a fridge. The staff - welcoming and consistently courteous. A wide range of options for amazing breakfast. Central location - walking distance to a basilica and a cathedral. Really comfortable experience there.

Sergio at the front desk was super friendly and gave us an awesome dinner recommendation at a nearby restaurant we loved so much, we went there every night! We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge and the lovely courtyard during our stay. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the entrance area, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Only a very short walk from Termini Station - just 2 street across the road. Very secure hotel - the doors were always locked.
Beds a little hard but we still slept well. The shower is soooo tiny!!!

The hotel is in a great location, it takes just a couple of minutes to Termini or Santa Maria Maggiore. The rooms are perfectly clean, have excellent facilities and were cleaned every day. The staff is kind and helpfull, and the buffet breakfast is good. There is a supermarket and lots of restaurants around. It's an ok neighbourhood, not scary at all (as we read the blocks around Termini might be). We walked to the centre and back but you can also take the metro from Termini and be there in minutes. All in all, we were very satisfied and quite pleasantly surprised by how good everything was.

Good rooms, small but clean, good sound insulation for a hotel so near to Roma Termini station.
Breakfast not up to much. Has its own small room whereas a lot of hotels use a voucher system for a local bar. Bar certainly better for coffee and croissant type breakfast.

It was well located only about 5 minutes from the station. Normally this can mean an undesirable neighbourhood but after the immediate station surroundings the area was OK. It is very well located, only about 5mins from St, Maria Maggiore and onwards. Staff welcoming. Breakfast was OK. Good restaurant right beside the exit. Busy!!!!! Not for people looking for upmarket but the price reflects that.
As with most hotels in this price range the actual shower was tiny.

The Quadruple Room was spacious with high ceilings, which I loved. It was clean and felt fresh. It had good hot water pressure. The self check-in was super simple too! Only downsides were that it got a bit noisy at night, and I could hear people in the hall. A bit more soundproofing would be great!

Location of the hotel was very good, it's very near to main station so you can travel rome easily and also they are selling rome pass cards which is very benefical for your budget. The room was clean and has a free internet access
Variety of the breakfast was disappointing

The room and bathroom facilities were incredibly clean. The reception area was welcoming and nice and modern .
Our double room was a little too compact. Also the breakfast dining area could only accomodate 4 guests groups at any one time. These were very minor inconc=veniences and to be honest it would not deter me from staying here again or from recommending it to a friend.
